The event
The San Marcos Block Party takes place Saturday, September 5, 2026 at the Hays County Historic Courthouse Square in downtown San Marcos, TX. It is an 18+ event; a valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. The event runs rain or shine.
Tickets
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are sold through Etix, the official ticketing provider, and are subject to Etix’s purchase terms. Tickets are redeemed for a physical wristband, which is required for entry and must be worn all day. No re-entry once you exit. Lineup, set times, and event details are subject to change.
Entry & conduct
All attendees are subject to security screening and the bag policy and prohibited-items list published on our FAQ. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates event rules or applicable law, without refund.
Assumption of risk
Attending a live outdoor event involves inherent risks, including crowds, loud sound, weather, and physical activity. By attending, you voluntarily assume these risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Photo & video
The event is photographed and filmed. By entering, you consent to appearing in event photography and video used for promotional purposes.
