What we collect
When you join our list, we collect the email address and (optionally) the phone number you provide through our signup form, powered by Hive. When you submit a vendor application or contact form, we collect the information you enter, processed by Netlify Forms. Like most websites, we also use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement via Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which may collect device and usage information.
How we use it
We use your information to send event updates you asked for (ticket drops, set times, lineup adds, and party news), to respond to inquiries and applications, to measure and improve our marketing, and to operate the event.
Texts
If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from San Marcos Block Party. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the event and this site — such as Hive (email/SMS), Netlify (hosting and forms), Etix (ticketing), Google, and Meta — each under their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, stop texts by replying STOP, and control cookies through your browser settings.
